At Mindful Coaching for Change, our mission is to empower individuals to discover their personal strengths, motivations, and skills to enable them to make lasting changes in their life, mindsets, and behaviors through personalized coaching and guidance.
We believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness that takes into account the unique needs, values, and lifestyles of our clients. Our coaching services focus on mindful awareness, motivational interviewing, and DBT Skills, to support our clients with recovery, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall wellness.
Our founder, Kelly M Seidlitz, has been involved in helping people change for over two decades. He meets people where they are and is committed to uplifting, encouraging, and inspiring others on their healing and recovery journey. Kelly brings positive energy to each coaching session and uses Mindfulness, DBT Skills, REBT, Motivational Interviewing and Health Coaching strategies.
